Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Voluptuary Media, LLC stands behind every Infinite Prisms edition. Refund requests submitted within 30 days of purchase will be reviewed against the criteria below.

Eligible for Refund

Technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading your product after reasonable troubleshooting
Accidental duplicate purchase of the same product
Product materially differs from what was described on the sales page
File corruption or delivery failure that we cannot resolve

Not Eligible for Refund

Change of mind after the product has been downloaded or accessed
Stated reason of "didn't find it useful" or similar after substantive review of the material
Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase
Bundle refund requests where one component has been downloaded and the other has not

Reserved Rights

Voluptuary Media, LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests where there is reasonable indication of bad-faith use, including but not limited to: pattern of refund requests across multiple purchases, evidence of redistribution of refunded materials, or refund requests submitted immediately after full download of all included files.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@infiniteprisms.com with:

Your order number (from your Payhip receipt)
The product name
A brief description of the issue

We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Preview Before You Buy

Free preview pages are available for both the Technical Guide and the Photo Book on the homepage. We encourage you to use them. They represent the quality, tone, and approach of the full editions accurately, so you can evaluate fit before purchase.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are responsive and resolve nearly all issues within a single email exchange. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account restrictions and denial of future purchases.
